New Year's Dessert

i believe everyone think that
their mom is the best cook in the whole world!
i do too... :)
and this is one of her mainstay recipe
TOFU PUDDING
( which is not made from tofu at all )
it just look like one

ingredients :
1 seaweed powder
1 sweetened condensed milk

1 canned lyche

a glass of sugar

vanilla essence
salt
7 glasses of water

and VOILA, this is it ...

the texture is so soft and melt in your mouth
because i put extra water in it

my mom usually use canned lyche only

but, i love to improvise
choose which one for you :)

tofu pudding with chocolate pasta

(im so sorry for being not professionl with the pasta)

tofu pudding with cocopandan syrup

and tofu pudding with ice cream!
