Though i knew that it will put myself in "trouble"

wakeup with sore throat

sometimes i just can't contol myself,

Not to drink cold water before i go to bed

Not to eat ice cream after burn in the sun

its easy to tell other people,.. dont do this or that

but when it's about ourself...

hhm... rules made to be broken, isn't it ? hahaha

eventhough i've had a sore throat since second day of christmas

i cant resist myself not to open it now!

I'll have my medicine after eat them ..
